Hi, my name is Sue Ward and for 8 years I've been helping Efrain with the street dogs he rescues from neglect and abuse. There are many in the Rosarito community who help him. Once a month, I stop by and drop off food and pet all the dogs. HE now needs our help since his health is declining and he is struggling to support himself. He can no longer drive to his spot on the boulevard to collect donations. His remaining 13 dogs need forever homes, but also some need vet care and Efrain needs a liveable home. He will be 77 on January 4th so I'm hoping to raise enough to help him. When I saw his living conditions I was shocked and cried for days. He does everything for the dogs but needs to care for himself too. He has no family except for his dogs. The funds will be used to get vet care for the dogs, provide food, find forever homes, help Efrain with some medical expenses, and make his home clean and habitable again (or find him another one). He has no glass in his windows, no furniture, and his house is sliding down a cliff so he may need a different place.
