**UPDATE** We can't say enough about your overwhelming support and sharing of the great stories about my dad. I am leaving today to drive to Chicago and take care of things next week.

My dad, Don Costello, passed away the weekend of April 18. He didn't have much and he didn't leave much, except for an unending love of his grandkids and the Chicago Cubs.
This fund is to help pay for expenses for funeral home efforts and related services. I need to drive to Chicago from Idaho to take care of his affairs, so it will help with my hotel, gas and food costs, as well. Any money donated to this fund in excess of these expenses will go into a college fund for his granddaughter.
Thank you to all his Cubs co-workers whom he adored and chatted about so many times. You meant so much to him and us.
Once this is over and baseball season has resumed, we will find a way to memorialize him. He requested to be cremated with no formal service, and wanted his ashes spread at Wrigley Field.
