Hi, this is Sonny and as many of you know Dominic was my brother. On Thursday July 14th our lives came to a screeching halt when I received a call from my niece Bella that my brother unexpected stopped breathing and had passed away. I can not begin to explain the feeling that went through my body. The panic, fear, and shock literally brought me to my knees and I cried like I have never cried before. This couldn’t be real, this couldn’t be happening, not to my brother! Fast forward to today and the shock for all of us is still extremely prevalent!
- The reason we are creating this gofundme is because everyone has been asking how they can help and the reality of this devastation is with finances. None of us would have ever expected anything like this to happen to such an honest, loyal, hard working father of 5, a wife of 28 years and 2 beautiful grandchildren. We are praying to raise enough money to send him off properly and help the family be able to stabilize the financial burden this will create. While my brother never asked for anything from anyone I feel it is my responsibility to do this for his family, even though he would be the first one to say “Don’t even think about it!” This guy was a warrior, he was the most loyal man I have ever met in my life! He got up everyday and worked hard servicing people and beautifying the world, literally. His only goal in life was to make sure his family was taken care of and that they could rest assured that he what do what ever it took to keep a smile of each of their faces. He was simple and damn proud of it. He had your back and to experience music and some grilling with Dom was what life was all about! If you received music texts you were a on the vip list and he loved you! He was the funniest guy and the best big brother a guy could ask for. I will spend the rest of my days here on this earth honoring my brother and trying to live with as much integrity that came so natural to him. RIP my amazing brother UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN! And always remember what you would text me when I would say to slow down, “I’ll rest in my after life with Jesus brother” Rest my brother rest! We love you Dom!
