Justice for Domonick Knight

The Fall River police shot my dad in the head and killed him. They have done nothing but treat my family like shit. They did absolutely nothing to help him. Me, my mother and my 3 younger siblings were held at gun point and were out in the rain from lam-7am waiting for answers, scared and disregarded. 20 cops with their guns drawn called swat which resulted in his life being wrongfully taken. They lied saying a professional was de-escalating the situation, come to find out SWAT ambushed my father and gunned him down in our home. I know my father did not do anything that would cause them to kill him. Their intent was never to help him, which is apparent to me because of how we were all treated. At least 15 officers with large guns and shields called SWAT for ONE scared and hurting black man that needed HELP. I can't imagine how scared and alone my father felt in his last moments. He was not a threat or danger to anyone but himself. Mental Health is not a joke and I'm sick of the police using people's pain as an excuse to get away with traumatizing and ripping families apart. Domonick Cornwallace Knight deserved to be given a chance, a helping hand, and a caring environment.
