Dominique Dupree Rice

Early Sunday morning on November 12, 2023, My 26-year-old son Dominique tragically lost his life in Houston, Texas, while walking to his hotel. Earlier that day, he defended his girlfriend in an altercation and paid with his life. 

Dominique was an extremely intelligent and charismatic child with an adorable smile who grew to be a handsome young man and a protector of those he cared for and loved. He chose to leave Illinois with ambition to re-create his destiny and pursue his musical career.

My family and I are truly devastated and in disbelief at the sudden loss of My Son.
