Help Me Chase My Soccer Dreams

Hi, my name is Dominic Brown, and I’m a 17-year-old soccer player from Catonsville, Maryland. I’m currently in my junior year at Catonsville High School, and after the fall season, I am currently playing for the Thunder Soccer Club U19 Rangers. With this club I am able to present myself at college showcases and develop my skill set. 

My ultimate dream is to play college soccer and go pro — either in South America or Europe, where the game is fast, technical, and full of passion. I’ve been working hard to make that happen.

Last year, I was named MVP of my high school team, and I finished the season as the top goal scorer and assist leader for my club. That work helped me get noticed — I was invited to try out for both DC United Academy and Baltimore Armour’s MLS Next program, and I earned a spot on the Armour roster but chose to decline for a different developmental choice. 

To take the next step, I’m raising money to buy a Veo camera system, software, and gear that will help me record my games, track my progress, and create highlight videos to send to college coaches and scouts.

What I’m Raising Money For:

• Veo Cam 3: A smart camera that records and automatically tracks the ball — no cameraman needed.

• 24-foot tripod: So we can capture a full view of the field and player positioning.

• Annual Veo software subscription: This includes editing tools, game analytics, and Player Spotlight to create professional highlight reels. 

• High-quality cleats and a professional training ball

• Personalized backpack and jacket: For branding and presentation during club events, showcases, and travel games.

Why This Matters

I go to the pitch every single day — training on my own, working on my skills, staying focused, and pushing myself to improve. I’ve been saving money over the summer, but I can’t cover everything alone. That’s why I’m asking for your help.

This equipment will allow me to show recruiters what I’m capable of, not just in highlight clips, but in full match footage with professional-level analysis.
