Hello my name is Cecil Ramos and I had the privilege of having Dominick as my step-dad for many formative years as a young child. He is no longer with us, however, his memories are something we will always hold in our hearts. Please help us alleviate the burden of the funeral arrangements by contributing whatever the LORD places on your heart.
