I'm asking my family and friends, especially those of you with ties to Miss Oregon and Miss Oregon USA, to join me in raising funds for DOMINIC IVERSON, son of Elizabeth Michaud Iverson, Miss Oregon USA 1990. Elizabeth has been one of my closest friends and sisters in Christ since we met competing in pageants in the late 80s.

Elizabeth and her husband Royce are today missionaries in Uganda.  Yesterday,  their son Dominic slipped and fell 30 feet from a tree. We all praise God he did not break his back however he did shattered the calcaneus (heel bone) in his left foot and injured his right foot.  The right foot broke it in 6 places and is requiring surgery, a titanium plate and a bone transplant (which can not be done in Uganda).

I wanting to help raise funds for Dominic and his parents to be able to fly back to the United States so that he can receive the proper medical care.  Insurance is expected to cover the medical procedures.
