This summer, I have the opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic with Vertical Church to partner with one of our connected churches and serve the local community. We will be participating in community outreach, prayer walks, children’s ministry, and serving alongside the local church to encourage families and build lasting relationships. Our heart is not just to “do ministry” for a week, but to support and strengthen what God is already doing there.

Our church’s mission is leading people to take their next step with God, and I truly believe this trip is part of my next step and an opportunity to help others take theirs. This trip is deeply personal to me. It was around the age of many of the kids we’ll encounter that I lost my faith. I walked away from the idea of an unconditional, loving, forgiving Father. But Jesus never gave up on me. Now, I want to share that same hope not only with children, but with families, young adults, and anyone willing to listen. Jesus sought out people. He sat with them, listened to them, and loved them where they were. That’s my prayer for this trip.

To be part of this mission, I am prayerfully raising $2,000 to cover travel and ministry expenses. I’m asking you to consider partnering with me, financially and through prayer.
