Dom had a serious setback with his diabetes battle, and had to have part of his left leg amputated. He's doing well upbeat and optimistic.

His rehab and recovery will be tough but I believe nothing he can't handle, that there is no doubt.

He will however be unable to work during this time, and so he could use a little financial help. 

If you know Dom, then helping him out is a no brainer, if you don't my lifelong friend of 40 years is someone you would. want as a friend.
