My name is Domingo Delgado and I am a second-year PhD student at UC-Irvine. I am currently in a situation with the university where my funding is being withheld from me for the summer 2023. As a result, I am in jeopardy of losing my housing and because my rent is behind, I am unable to register for the Fall Quarter. This puts me at risk of no longer being able to continue my academic career.
