Help the Domican Academy Dancers Reach the Irish Dance Worlds 2026 in Chicago!

Four dancers have earned the incredible honour of qualifying in individual competitions for the prestigious CLRG Irish Dancing World Championships (known as "The Worlds"). The competition takes place in Chicago, Illinois, from March 29th to April 5th, 2026.

This is a life-changing opportunity for these young dancers and their small, dedicated academy!

We are using this platform as a sponsorship tool on behalf of these talented dancers from the Domican Academy of Irish Dancing to help them achieve their dream of competing on the world stage!

About Domican Academy

The Domican Academy of Irish Dancing has a long and proud history, established in 1995 by Chris Domican. Today, Chris teaches alongside her daughter Chantelle Deazley and their own world champion, Clodagh Roper-Brady.

Based in Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal, the academy is a small operation with devoted teachers. Their commitment spans multiple locations, including Ballyshannon, Bundoran, Creevy (Co. Donegal), Belcoo, Derrygonnelly (Co. Fermanagh), and Strabane, Castlederg (Co. Tyrone). The fact that this small but mighty team has four qualified dancers for the Worlds speaks volumes about their quality of teaching and the dedication of their students!

While we are bursting with pride, representing the academy and their area on the global stage comes with a significant cost

We are seeking your generous sponsorship to help cover the essential costs associated with participating in this major international competition. Every single contribution will be used solely for expenses related to the four qualified dancers and their teachers travelling to Chicago, including:
