On November 7, 2025, Tatum and her 17-month-old daughter endured a traumatic and life-threatening attack. As Tatum was bathing her baby, her ex-boyfriend shot into the home and forced his way inside.
In that moment of chaos and terror, Tatum’s current boyfriend — a U.S. Army soldier — threw himself in front of her and the baby to protect them. His instincts and bravery saved their lives.
He was shot multiple times and remains in critical condition, fighting for his life.
Tatum and her baby also continue to suffer deeply from this violent attack.
• Tatum has been diagnosed with severe PTSD and cannot work.
•Her baby daughter, who already struggled with developmental delays and severe food allergies, is now extremely sensitive to sound after the attack and is showing signs of trauma. What was already a heavy medical and dietary burden has now become overwhelming.
• Their home is no longer safe to live in. Tatum urgently needs to move back in with her mom for safety.
• She must make constant drives to the hospital to be by her boyfriend’s side, and even gas money has become a major struggle.
This fundraiser will help cover:
• Emergency relocation and safe housing
• Baby essentials and furniture
• Food and daily necessities
• Gas and travel costs for hospital visits
• Trauma-related care and support for Tatum and her daughter
• Unexpected expenses as this family tries to rebuild their lives
We are asking for $10,000 to support Tatum and her baby.
Your generosity — no matter the amount — will help this young mother and her baby begin the long process of healing.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion, prayers, and support.
