Natasha was born with a heart defect and she found out she would need open heart surgery shortly after her wedding. Dom & Natasha prepared for what they expected to be a fairly routine open heart surgery ( as routine as open heart surgery can be) 

Because of her young age of 22 they expected very little concerns with a quick recovery. 

On October 27 in Billings Montana she went into surgery. With excessive bleeding and complications surgery took longer than expected. It caused her heart to not want to restart. They were able to stabilize her and keep her stable over night and much of the morning on the 28th. By the afternoon she went into heart & lung failure that required the Doctors to get her on an emergency heart & lung bypass machine to stabilize her so she could be life flighted to Salt Lake City. 

She has stabilized but is still on a bypass machine. We are unsure of the next steps as they are taking it hour by hour. We are expecting months of recovery and we are trying to keep her husband dom by her side as long as possible. They are a newlywed couple of 2 months and with them so far from home and not working bills are going to be stressful with additional expenses for being in salt lake.
