Hello, my name is David, a service-connected disabled veteran and I am raising money for my wife Dolores for her healing journey. Dolores has been suffering from an auto-immune disorder that causes the inflammatory bowel disease called ulcerative colitis for the past 15 years. She has been on every recommended medication from her gastrointestinal doctors for years with very little relief from her major symptoms (extreme bleeding, abdominal bloating/gas, 25-35 bathroom trips per day, low self-esteem, anxiety & depression). She has been hospitalized five times in the last three months, the last time for food blockages leading to an emergency ileostomy. We have exhausted all our savings by paying out of pocket for daily nursing care & emergency medical expenses.
