Our friends: Jane, Lance, Melissa and Karina's dog Kenzie was killed by a trainer's dog in a horrific incident while they were on vacation in the UK. Their other dog, Dolly, is fighting for her life. The trainer won't pay the medical bills which are now over $11,000 . The goal is to raise $5,000 towards those bills.

The family are all heartbroken and devastated because of this as their fur babies meant the world to them. If we can soften the financial blow that would help them a lot and I know they will be very grateful.

July 3rd update: Dolly's bills are now over $26,000.   She has been to 4 different Veterinary hospitals already and had numerous surgeries.  She has a paralyzed larynx and a tear in the trachea.  Her muscles, nerves and tendons were severed during the dog attack.

 Dolly has had a tracheostomy and had a serious infection around the throat.  Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center, San Ramon has been doing daily wound care for Dolly and she is at home with us.   She is doing quite well now but will need medical attention for the rest of her life.  She is happy we are home.
