Meet Dolly Pickleton- a tiny, stray kitten who went through a dramatic rescue scenario last week. At 1.30am she was found alone - without her mum or litter - starving, shivering and being chased by a fox. After mewing her heart out for help- Dolly was heroically rescued by my neighbour Annie and her son Marcus.

Since then, she has been living with me, thriving on a steady diet of kitten food, and love. And responding with diva-like sass to the occasional hiss from my other cats.

She is learning to play and her current hobbies include pouncing on people's feet, toy lobsters and getting confused by her tail. Dolly is also still being stalked by the fox and spends a lot of time looking out the window to check on her ginger nemesis.

TV work has been very hard this year, and current & ongoing unemployment means its difficult to properly cover the costs of getting Dolly neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, flea and vets visits. She is also eating me out of house and home.

If you can spare even a fiver to help give Dolly the healthy, happy start she deserves, it would mean the world.

Dolly- For the icon that is Dolly Parton

Pickleton - As she was in a pickle and a nod to what I think legend Shona Rhimes would call her if she ever appears in Bridgerton #kittengoals
