Dollars for Dominik

Baby Dominik was born to Katie Gober and John Leombruni on 10/22/2019, and is the youngest of 4 siblings. He was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, a rare congenital heart defect in which the left side of his heart is severely underdeveloped. It affected his left ventricle, aorta, aortic valve and mitral valve. Dominik is being treated at Advocate Christ Medical Center and hope children's hospital. Today the surgeons are performing the Norwood procedure, the first of three open heart surgeries he needs for recovery. Dominik's 2nd surgery will be in approximately 4 months. The Family is struggling with transportation cost, child care for 3 schools age children, and long term car for Dominik.
