I'll be raising money for hygiene kits for girls. These kits will include soap, toothpaste and sanitary products like menstrual pads, these kits protects girls’ health, promotes hygiene and prevents stigmatization so girls can carry on with confidence.
So in the most Canadian way I can think of to raise money. I'll be donning my Canadian Tuxedo from Dec 1st to Dec 25th, everyday, doing some type of activity. In denim, no matter how inappropriate that clothing choice is for the activity. Trying to raise money for hygiene kits, that will be distributed to girls and young women in need.
Activity Examples with corresponding chafe factors:
Downhill Skiing (2/10 chafe factor)
Cross-Country skiing ( 10/10 chafe factor)
Running (8/10 chafe factor)....also how many km's will jeans hold up to?
Snowblading (1/10 chafe factor, 10/10 style points)
Dog-sledding (0/10 chafe factor)
I'll be donating all funds raised to Plan International .With a match ratio of 5:1, every 45$ raised will be matched for a 270$ value.
