Dog with broken jaw needs URGENT surgery

This is Moshe, he was found as a stray near Bogota, Colombia with a broken jaw that didn't allow him to eat or drink properly, Moshe has suffered enough so we decided to rescue him and change his life forever. After a lot of exams it was determined that someone kicked him in the face and savagely broke his jaw in two, leaving him suffering and with his broken jaw hanging in the streets. After two surgeries we are almost done with his process, we flew him to Annapolis were he needs his third and final surgery to finally stop suffering and start enjoying life as he should be. Please help us pay for this final surgery (we have invested more than 4,000 USD in all his process and we need your help in this final stage), lets give Moshe the happy ending he deserves. If we dont hurry in doing this surgery his jaw if probable going to collapse again so we need to have this surgery AS SOON AS POSIBLE!
