Dogs need a fence

My name is Ralph Calhoun  and i love dogs. For a long time now my neighbor down the street has had to put his dogs in small kennels because he cant afford to install proper fencing to contain his dogs safely in the yard. Right now the dogs would be able to just walk out of the yard and into the streets,runaway or worse...  hit by a car.

I asked my neighbor if i was able to ask the public for help with funding the fencing materials ( i would gladly give my time, labor and install it for free... i would do anything to help these dogs) would he agree to it ?  It took a while, he is embarrassed im asking him but he wants to help his dogs and so do i.  So he finally said yes, let me take  pictures of his dogs and fence and if it is at all possible to get the funding ( im estimating approx  3,000  ...its a big yard)  I would start immediately.  This would consist of a section of 6ft wood fencing, double gate and side gate.   5ft metal rod fencing,double gate,entry gate and side gate. I would  also like to get the dogs well insulated dog houses ( no plywood house) auto water feeder so they never run out of water and it will also need misc. clean up.

I've never done anything like this before ( ask for donations) but i would do anything for these dogs...any dog that needs help for that matter. Please help me help these dogs.  I cant stop thinking about them,breaks my heart to see the dogs locked up in a cage. btw, there are 2 dogs but i could only enclose one picture .  Any donation helps.
