Hi, my name is Lenora, and before my car breaks down, I have to put out a call for help!

You see, here’s what happened…

I was hoping to move away from Oregon by the year 2026, and things were expedited when a young kid (felon) moved into the neighborhood where I lived and managed apartments and progressively went about ruining our quiet, peaceful existence. I had called the police over 90 times in less than a year, and nothing was happening. Then I found out who his mom was and how far nepotism goes.

He was finally arrested, and I knew that I was going to be a direct target. I quickly put everything in storage and expedited my move, knowing that I wasn’t in a good financial position to do it.

I gave away everything I owned that wouldn’t fit in my minivan and got to the town I had chosen 2000 miles away in the Midwest after driving all 48 states in less than a month in 2021 and revisiting the following summer twice. I am now here.

I have done everything I could to stay afloat in this move, and everything that could go wrong has gone wrong.

That being said, I have an okay job that is paying my bills, of which I have too many at this point. It’s far less than I was making that supported my lifestyle, and I would be able to stay ahead if not for the worry of my car that died two times within the last three weeks. It has gone to the shop, and the shop can’t find anything wrong, but at any time it could leave me stranded. With no public transportation at all, I would quickly lose my job and the roof over my head.

If I was tech-savvy, I would have tried to become an influencer a long time ago with my travels. Alas, I am not. Now I’m asking for a little bit from a lot of people in hopes that I can fix my car and get out of this situation.

I have always believed community accomplishments are successful by never asking a lot of a few but a little from many and now I’m the one that needs help.
