My name is Jordan Grandy, and I am the proud owner of this 4yo rescue named Gigi. I adopted her as a puppy and we have been through everything together; boyfriends, the pandemic, and a move across the country last August. She is my ride-or-die hiking buddy, midnight snuggler and the only family I have here in Arizona. Unfortunately, Gigi became lame in December and unable to bear weight on her right hind leg. The vet confirmed she has Cranial Cruciate Ligament (CCL) disease - a degenerative disease of the ligaments surrounding the knee causing them to break down and tear. Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) surgery is her only option for a predictable recovery.
