Doe Spun Community Building Repairs

Doe Spun building in Hollister, NC serves as a vital community center for residents of our area, at an affordable cost.  Events include charity funraisers, weddings,  community meetings,  gospel sings, talent shows, repasts, and so much more.  Sadly, our community center is in need of repairs, especially our roof.  Happily USDA RURAL DEVELOPMENT IS OFFERING US A GRANT UP TO $70,000 TO REPAIR OUR COMMUNITY CENTER.  This amount will allow us to install a new roof, upgrade our bathrooms to make them handicapped accessible,  and enable us to upgrade our wiring. The catch is that we must raise a monetary amount of $17,500 in order for USDA to provide assistance, which is their standard way of doing business.  Will you join us in making a difference for our poor rural community?  Your donation is tax deductible, and your donation will help make an impact on our project.
