Joe and Monique Dodge have had a very rough couple of years. Joe was laid off for around a year and a half, with Monique only working part time. It took everything they had to have the money to support their 6 young boys and not lose their house. Joe finally started working again for some months, when he was yet again laid off. Monique was able to get another part time job and  they are now barely making it, as they are still struggling to catch up from the first lay off.  As if that was not bad enough, we have had rain...lots and lots of rain. This caused a flood into their basement and crawl space. Their basement consists of two rooms...the family room and 4 of the boys bedroom. All beds, furniture, etc had to be moved out and the boys are now sleeping upstairs on the floor.  After having a plumber and restoration company come and inspect the basement, they found out that ground water was coming in through a crack in their foundation. Not only did this destroy all carpet and padding, but now they also have to replace the drywall at least a foot up. They have already ripped out the carpet and padding and plan to start working on the drywall immediately, because it is already starting to mold. With all of this happening and all the work to be done Monique is now misssing many much needed hours at work.  Between the costs of the drywall, carpet, and foundation repair it is going to cost thousands of dollars that they do not have.  Please help the Dodges put their home back together.  They are a kind and generous family that would help anyone at the drop of a hat.  Anything helps.
