Hello everyone,

Our brother-in-law, Kern Dodds, was involved in a 3-car accident on Sunday December 17, 2023. While traveling to lacrosse practice with his 15-year-old son Noah and 2 of Noah’s friends, their minivan was hit head-on. Noah and his 2 friends had some injuries, and Noah should be released from the hospital today (12/18). Kern had more serious injuries involving a broken/dislocated hip.

Kern’s wife Cindy along with their other 2 children, Emmitt and Teagan, have been at his side in the hospital as the doctors plan the best strategy for surgery and starting his recovery. While it is still early in the recovery process, Kern will surely miss time from work and family activities and could use some help from all of us. For those of you who don’t know Kern, he's a good man, husband, dad, brother, brother-in-law, son, son-in-law, uncle, and friend. If nothing else, he and his family would appreciate your prayers. If you have the ability and you would like to help financially, I know they would greatly appreciate it. I will update Kern’s condition as I can as I hear from Cindy and his family.
