Documents and $ stolen in Paris help to come home

Hello friends, I got all my money, documents and bank card stolen the very first hour of traveling in Paris. I got attacked on the subway - a thief tried to grab a phone out of my hands, but it was a trick - while I was fighting for a phone, they stole a wallet out of my backpack. Police won’t be able to find it now, and I don’t think they will try, and aside the fact that I lost over a thousand dollars in cash, my green card was there too, and just to file for a travel document that will allow me to enter the States and come back home cost $575, and then a new green card is another $540. All that together with the stolen money is pretty much is impossible for me to handle, I am looking for ways to come home earlier to save as much as possible but new plane tickets are pretty expensive too. I never asked for financial help but in this situation I’m afraid I won’t pull it off without it. Thank you everyone who will be able to help in any way at all
