Waqaa, my name is Sirena Soots, granddaughter of Henry and Minnie Dock.

I am creating this fundraiser to try and help one of the many families that were affected by Typhoon Halong in Kipnuk, Alaska.

My auntie and uncle, Dunn (Caroline) and Ray Egoak, and their kids and grandchildren, Patli (Marlene), Piip (Alecia), Sonna (Calvin), Dylan, Girly (Jazlyn), expecting baby, and my uncle Steven Dock, need to leave their homes because of all the damage that was done from Typhoon Halong-- with only one bag each.

As of right now, they are unsure of where they're going once evacuated from Kipnuk, but they are considering moving to the Anchorage area in the mean time.

They have to start over, sadly with almost nothing. They're going to be looking for new employment to support themselves, but as you know, that will at least take a few weeks, and everything is ridiculously expensive now days.

Your help will be for a good cause. The funds raised will help them secure a new place to call home for now, and hopefully they will be able to get a vehicle for reliable transportation.

Quyana everyone for the prayers, donations, encouraging words and support! Please keep them coming, all of the families are stressed and worried about what's next and how they'll make it. But we come from strong and resilient people, with big faith and know that everything will work out how it should.

*Update*

They have found a place to call their temporary home and have relocated to Togiak, AK for the time being; but they still need our support to get settled in, and with electricity and stove oil, among other essentials.

Quyana Agayun and quyana tamarpci for everything. Thank God and thank you all for your support
