Help Give Dobbie the Life He Deserves

Meet Dobbie, our beautiful rescue boy, around 3–4 years old, with the kindest heart and the gentlest soul — despite everything he’s been through.

Before coming to us, Dobbie was badly neglected and mistreated. He was starved, left with untreated infections, and bears the scars to show it — both on his ears and face. He even has old bite marks from being bullied by other dogs. We don’t know the full story of what he’s endured, but it’s clear he’s suffered far more than any dog ever should.

When we first met him, he was skin and bone, with painful ear infections and terrible skin issues. But even then, he still wagged his tail. He still wanted cuddles. He still trusted humans. That’s just the kind of soul he is — pure love and forgiveness.

Since bringing Dobbie home, we’ve been working hard to get him healthy again. He now has daily treatments for his ears and skin, and he’s on a special raw food diet to help him gain weight and rebuild his strength. He’s slowly blossoming into the happy, cuddly boy he was always meant to be.

Unfortunately, the cost of his ongoing vet visits, medication, and specialist food is becoming hard to manage. We already support two other rescue dogs at home, with around £750/850 a month going toward their care. We’re now asking for help to cover Dobbie’s ongoing treatment and recovery, so we can give him the comfort, care, and stability he’s always deserved.
