Who loves entertaining hockey? Our Leitrim Hawks players! Who loves weird and wonderful stuff? One particular parent. Since childhood, Kristian Hill has had a dream. It’s not for riches, not for adventure, not even for respect. He has yearned for the opportunity to flex his big green mascot wings. Alas, he has been prevented time and time again by circumstance and prohibitive cost. With two kids in minor hockey, who can afford the extra for a giant green hawk mascot costume? Together, let’s show the world what our hockey community can do! Let’s get Kristian dressed as a giant green hawk. After all, it’s for the children.
