This fundraiser is being put together on behalf of our dear friend and valiant community advocate, Pat Albright, who fell and broke her hip in early October, 2025. Pat was hospitalized, and is now at a good rehab center for PT & OT. Her surgery was extensive but went remarkably well; however, there will be a long healing process. We're creating this fundraiser of friends in order to help cover the costs of getting her home "fit" to accommodate her new walking challenges in the months ahead until she heals. To complicate the situation, just before Pat fell, her sweet dog Luna was undergoing tests to rule out kidney disease. It hit Pat hard, and, of course, veterinary bills are no joke.

Please help if you can. A few dollars from many will go a long way to easing some of the financial worry, which is now heightened by Pat's incapacitation.

I will keep you updated on Pat's healing process, and I know I speak for many of us when I give my heartfelt appreciation for anything you can spare.
