My dad has been given 30days left to live. I live in Ontario and himself in Quebec. I'm an only child and want to spend the last month with him. This has required me to take a leave of absence from work. Also a last minute flight, car rental, hotel etc etc. This will also help cover his final cost like a funeral and cremation.

My dad has an amazing heart and always a joke to tell but not much else unfortunately. He chose to live very minimal. He hasn't been able to work for a while when he was able to work he was always building something and always around race cars. We spent every weekend at Merrittville and Gasport in Ontario when he lived there.

You always expect you have more time it's hard to face the fact we are nearing the end of our time together.

Any little bit helps and is appreciated from the bottom of my heart.
