Hey everybody. For those of you who don’t know for the past two years I’ve been suffering from chronic kidney failure. I was put on dialysis around October of 2020 and have been doing my best to stay healthy the past two years. But recently I found out some amazing news. Someone is a match for me and I’ll will be getting a kidney transplant September 7th! I’m so grateful for this surgery to be happening but also very nervous. The surgery is on a Wednesday and if everything goes well I should be released on a Saturday. But since it’s done in Charleston I have to stay near the hospital for a week to make sure everything is in good order. So that’s why I am starting this gofundme to help pay for the hotel and food while I’m recovering from surgery. I’m excited to start this new chapter of my life and feel somewhat like myself again.
