Please help me cremate my mom

Hi, I'm Erin. My mother Frances recently had a massive stroke and had to be taken off life support this evening. I was working with a company that wasn't clear in what was needed for them to cremate my mother and now I am unfortunately having a hard time paying for it because of it being around Christmas.
