Merhaba,

10 yıl önce Türkiye tarihinin en büyük katliamlarından biri, 10 Ekim Ankara Katliamı yaşandı. IŞİD, öncesinde çok sayıda istihbarat bulunmasına rağmen 2015’teki Barış Mitingi’ne iki canlı bombayla saldırdı. Saldırının ardından polis, ölenlere, yaralılara ve onlara yardım etmek isteyenlere biber gazı sıktı. Canlı bombalar, 103 kişinin ölümüne ve yüzlerce kişinin de yaralanmasına neden oldu.

Katliamın sanıklarının bir kısmı yakalanarak yargılandılar, fakat “insanlığa karşı suç” kapsamında cezalandırılmadılar. Hakkında dava açılan 36 sanıktan 16'sı halen firari durumda. Katliama yol veren kamu görevlileri hakkında herhangi bir soruşturma açılmadı. Katliam faillerinin bir kısmı hakkında ise henüz dava bile açılmadı.

10 Ekim Davası Belgeseli

10 Ekim Ankara Katliamı Davası Avukat Komisyonu ve hak temelli çalışan aktivist sinemacı bir ekip olarak hazırladığımız 10 Ekim davası belgeseli “Herkes Biliyor”, 10 Ekim hafıza çalışmalarının bir parçası olarak, kolektif emek ile yürütülen dava sürecini ve adalet mücadelesini, yine kolektif bir bellek çalışması olarak ele alıyor.

Belgesel, 10 Ekim Ankara Katliamı Davası Avukat Komisyonu ile çekimleri gerçekleştirilen davanın değerlendirme toplantısı ekseninde; arşiv görüntüleri, ses kayıtları ve dava dosyasında yer alan belgeler, mahkeme çizimleri, mülkiye müfettişleri raporu ile birlikte, kendi zamanının da dışına taşan bir bellek çalışması olarak planlanıyor.

Belgeselde, mücadelenin ısrarı, kolektif mücadele, kamu görevlilerinin sorumluluğu, yargı süreci ve eleştirisi, cezasızlık, hakikat ve adalet vurguları yer alacaktır.

Support “Everyone Knows” 10 October Case Documentary

10 years ago, one of the biggest civilian massacres in Turkey's history happened, the October 10 Ankara Massacre. ISIS attacked the Peace Rally in 2015 with two suicide bombers, even though there was plenty of intelligence beforehand that could’ve prevented the attacks from taking place. The suicide bombings killed 103 people and injured hundreds more, and in the aftermath, police fired tear gas at the dead, the wounded, and those who tried to help them.

Some of the defendants of the massacre were caught and put on trial, but they were not punished within the scope of “crimes against humanity”. 16 of the 36 defendants are still fugitives. No investigation has been launched against public officials who did not prevent the massacre. Some of the perpetrators of the massacre have not even been prosecuted yet.

10 October Case Documentary

Produced by the Commission of Lawyers for the 10 October Ankara Massacre Case and a team of rights-based activist filmmakers, the documentary on the 10 October case "Everyone Knows" deals with the case process and the struggle for justice carried out with collective labour, as a collective memory work as part of 10 October memory politics.

On the axis of the evaluation meeting of the case filmed with the Lawyers Commission, the documentary is planned as a memory work that extends beyond its own time, with archival footage, audio recordings and documents in the case file, court drawings, and the report of the property inspectors.

The documentary will emphasize the persistence of collective struggle, the responsibility of public officials, the judicial process and criticisms on its impunity, and truth and justice.
