Help for Sarah and Jeremiah

Our 11 year old grandson, Jeremiah Derks, was recently diagnosed with osteogenic sarcoma, a form of bone cancer.   He is currently receiving treatment in another state.  His mom Sarah Fereirra and her husband John need assistance with travel expenses as well as other expenses related to Jeremiah's treatment.  They are having to take time off from work as well as care for their other children, including a 10 month old.  They desperately need help so they can be with their child as much as possible and provide emotional and physical support.
