My name is Colette. My personality is one of a caring, emotional human being who cries when others get hurt. I have been involved in EMS for little over 10 years. Through this experience I have been able to be part of scenarios where books and classrooms cannot prep you for, yet through experience I have learned how to address a person that their loved one is gone. I have learned to work with heavy eyes that water from the use of criticle thinking and a tired body, however always showing the world a smile. Knowing that better days are to come and to take each step as a teaching moment in life. This is the first year I will be joining in a special bicycle ride. Many members wear dog tags along the ride to remember the fallen. This ride honors EMS personnel by organizing and implamenting long distance cycling events that memorialize and celebrate the lives of those who serve every day, and those who have died in the line of duty or by PTSD. The ride starts May 11th-18th and is one week long. You will be able to follow us as we go from Boston to DC. Please help me reach this goal as I will be riding for a dear friend I lost in September of this year. Thank you to all my friends and family, brothers and sisters who are believing in me and supporting in me. Stay safe. We got it from here. https://www.muddyangels.com
