In Memory of Carl

It is with profound sadness that we are raising funds in memory of Carl, a much-loved husband, father, son, friend, and veteran.

Anyone who knew Carl will tell you the same thing: he was one of the kindest, gentlest, and most caring people you could ever meet. Despite his imposing appearance, covered in tattoos and carrying the experiences of military service, Carl was softly spoken, thoughtful, and endlessly considerate of others.

He was old-fashioned in the very best way. The sort of gentleman who would quietly move you to the inside of the pavement because your safety mattered more than his. The sort of friend who would always check on everyone else while asking for very little in return.

Carl proudly served his country and gave more than most people will ever know. But to those who loved him, he will be remembered not for his service alone, but for his loyalty, his kindness, his sense of humour, and the way he made people feel valued and cared for.

He was a devoted father, a loving family man, a trusted friend, a training partner, and someone whose presence brought comfort to so many people. His loss leaves a space that can never truly be filled.

We are raising funds to help support Carl's family and to contribute towards funeral expenses and related costs. Any donation, no matter how small, will be received with gratitude and will help ease the burden on those he loved most.
