Hi I'm Michelle my fiance Gary has been in and out of the hospital for the past 4 months he has diabetes really bad the doctor say he is brittle and it's getting hard to control his blood sugar he also has stage 3 kidney disease and congestive heart failure, he is in the hospital now after only being home from his last hospital stay for less in 24 hrs .... His blood sugar was 1400 he literally almost died when your blood sugar gets that high it can affect your brain where he is very confused He's very weak from the congestive heart failure failure, He's worked all his life up until the past 4 months ...... We have already sold everything we can to stay afloat , so anything you could give to help would be certainly appreciated we signed up for cash assistance but that takes a while he is signed up for SSDI but we all know how long that takes and it's like pulling teeth to get a doctor to sign his temporary disability for work so I'm here to ask for help like I said anything would be greatly appreciated thank you.......
