Replace lost items

Hiya people, my Matthew my story started in September 2023with having chest pains and hospital telling ne theres nothing wrong with me after number trips to a a n e in July 2024 I was diagnosed with heart disease and needed a heart bypass, I admitted in hospital in October 2024 and still currently in hospital recovering and still getting treatment for mental health issues so far I spent 5months in hospital, I lost my dream which was the boat but half my stuff due to damp an mould because I wasnt abe keep fire going,so looking to recover somethings I had lost, if you are able to help me out I will be totally gratefully,
