In need of a kidney transplant

Raising money for kidney transplant and other major medical needs.
Steve "Dogfather" Canady renowned K9 trainer throughout NC, founder of Specialized K9 services, son, father and grandfather to three young granddaughters is in desperate need of a new kidney.  He will need to travel to Wake Forest to start the process in hopes of undergoing the surgery.  Unfortunately this is just a first in a series of medical procedures. Suffering from Diabetes, these past couple of years have really taken a toll on his health.  After dealing with his kidneys he will most likely need to have surgery on his heart and then his eyes to restore his sight.  We are trying to raise $60,000 to help pay for all expenses (surgery, travel, lodging, co-pays, recovery care, ect.). Already there is about $20,000 owed in medical bills.  Anyone who has met or worked with the "Dogfather" knows that he has an undeniable gift and passion for working with dogs.  Over the last 30 years, through training and rehabilitation, he has changed the lives of countless dogs and pet owners who had no where else to turn to.  It is hard to imagine him not being able to continue doing what he has loved for so long.  Even simple everyday task are becoming more of a challenge. If you Steve you know he is hard headed and not one to give up.  He will continue to fight each and everyday.  Please help in anyway you can.
