As many dachshund owners know, IVDD is a dreadful disease. We worry about it and wonder about it but always hope if it does make an appearance, that appearance will come later down the road in our pet’s senior years. My boy Boo is only 5 and now suffering with it. My family and I are tormented by the idea of what could happen if Boo does not get the medical attention he needs. The surgery is $10,000 and without it, he could lose full mobility in his back legs. We appreciate ANY donations at this point in time. Nothing is too small.
