Dmitro, 22, has had cerebral palsy since birth. He lives in Odesa, Ukraine and cannot walk independently.

He needs surgery to correct the alignment of his pelvis and to place plates in his knees. After that, he will also need another surgery to correct the alignment of his feet.

On March 13, his father passed away, and now Dmitry is cared for only by his mother. Last year, he graduated from university and dreams of living a happy and full life. At the moment, he hardly ever leaves the house.
