Dear friends,

We are heartbroken to share the devastating passing of Dimi on 3d of March.

This page has been set up to help support his family during this difficult time with the additional funeral costs.

Dimi was taken by aggressive lymphoma, which was a shock to many.

Too soon, too unexpected, too unfair…

He was a brave warrior and never lost hope till the very end.

Many of you have known Dimi in person, many have read his blogs, or may have known him through his work.

One way or the other he touched the hearts of so many of us.

Dimi was an incredible human being. He was passionate about so many things and really enjoyed life to its fullest.

Such a person you could talk to about pretty much anything for hours: travelling, gardening, fishing, sailing, diving, exploring the world…you name it. Even how to care about native bees!

He was a great inspiration to many and had such a young spirit. Impossibly romantic, very open, brilliantly talented in his profession and captivating storyteller.

We are all so lucky to have been able to experience his presence, his beautiful soul and smile will never be forgotten.

He will be greatly missed, but will live forever in the unforgettable memories he created for so many of us.
