Enzo is a 15 month old St. Bernard/Labrador Retriever. He recently tore his CCL (Cranial Cruciate Ligament) which is in his knee, similar to an ACL tear that some humans suffer. We are taking Enzo to Nova Scotia for TPLO surgery as it is 1/2 the cost of what it is here at home. It will be done at Draper Vet Clinic in Hammonds Plains (NS). This surgery is crucial for Enzo's quality of life as he is so young and still has so much life in him, making it more risky to go on without the surgery as he could further tear the ligament, end up with arthritis, etc.
