Vacation Fund
Andy Heil has been battling a very rare cancer for well over a decade. Throughout this time, he has undergone multiple surgeries, radiation and chemo therapy. He has traveled to other states for treatment. The number of tests he has endured are probably too many to count.
Over the span of all these years, Andy has been theTeam Captain for Team Heil for Relay for Life. In addition, he has participated in the Pan Ohio bike rideto raise money for The American Cancer Society.
Andy has raised tens of thousands of dollars for The American Cancer Society which in turn helps to support our loved ones in our local communities. I can attest, there were many times Andy didn’t feel well or was in pain but he carried on. With every call of a poor test result, he still picked himself up and carried on.
Many of us have attended his fundraisers like left right center. At the last one, I won the gift certificate for the house on Santa Maria Island. I would like to donate this vacation to Andy and Melissa. In order for this trip to work for them, I need to raise money to cover all of the expenses like airfare, rental car, food, spending money etc. I already have dates picked out in November and I am working with Melissa to get this organized. THIS IS A SURPRISE FOR ANDY SO PLEASE DONT SAY ANYTHING!
