Hi, I'm Michele and my husband was shot while driving on i205 south after getting on the freeway from Columbia Blvd on Sept 1 2022 While driving cab, he is now doing better, but the company asked that he not return. He had to have surgery and have part of his intestines and colon taken out as a result. the 1st few months were a battle; due to circumstances out of our control Mike does not qualify for SSD (disability) and for SSI they say we have to divorce and cannot live together :( . we cannot sue the guy who shot, too difficult to explain.. so we are struggling to get by and would appreciate any help until we can file for early retirement for him in July 2026. thank you everyone
