Please help my bestie Nicole, love Oreo

As many of you might already be aware, my bestie/wife Nicole Lewis was involved in a hit and run accident on Friday June 10, 2022 leaving her injured.  After an amazing night out watching The Alyssa Edwards show at the Balboa Theatre downtown we made our way up to Hillcrest. Then as she was walking home which she has done many times before, seeing how hard it is to get Ubers & Lyft these days with especially short distances, she was struck by a car which then took off leaving her unconscious with a broken ankle resulting in an immediate restorative surgery at the hospital that night and ended up there for the next 3 days.  She is in good health (and spirits) but the injuries from the accident resulted with 1 metal plate and approximately 10 metal screws holding her ankle together as well as a cast. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that this was the only physical damage she had suffered, as we all know the outcome could have been so much worse.  Unfortunately, however, this has also left her unable to work & we all know the bills don’t stop piling up even when we are unable to pay them. This is why I am setting up this gofundme for her to help with food, rent, bills and expenses until she is back on BOTH of her feet (and healed ankle) Anything helps and is greatly appreciated!
