Support Jen's Battle Against Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Jen had her routine mammogram early October when they found a couple of suspicious areas that were of concern. Following the mammogram, Jen had MRIs, ultrasounds and biopsies. On November 15 she was given the devastating news that she had breast cancer- two types. January 16th Jen underwent a double mastectomy and had two additional lymph nodes removed. Her next appointment with oncology is February 14 to decide next steps.
Jen became an unexpected single mother to two amazing children. Along with raising them alone, she is bears the financial weight of her household alone. Recently her furnace and air conditioner failed, completing much of her saved funds.
Despite having health insurance, Jen is facing thousands of dollars in medical bills. Raising her children alone and up-keeping her house has added additional costs and stress.
Jen is active in her church, volunteering her time and expertise to help any way possible. She has gone on multiple medical missions to Peru, Mexico and El Salvador. Jen has dedicated her life and skills to helping the less fortunate and gives her all to make their lives better and healthier.
Many have reached out to Jen asking ways to help or show support. Prayers are always needed and welcomed. Due to the mounting medical bills and household bills, if you are able to donate monetarily this would alleviate much additional stress she is dealing with while fighting cancer.
Jen is an extremely humble person that does not ask or expect help. She is more than deserving for it though.
Any funds raised will go towards Jen’s medical bills and her fight against cancer.
