Need help with a car

Hey there I'm a mother of 5 with 3 on the spectrum and I'm in need of help getting a car to get them too and from there appointments and therapists any help would really mean the world to us or even just a share the k8ds have 3 to 4 appointments per week and taking taxis every time is just too expensive my eldest is about to start high school and I need to be able to get her too and from school every day
